Scope of processing
Through the contact form we collect the following personal data: name, e-mail, phone number (optional), organization name (optional) and the content of your message.
Purpose and legal basis
We process the data solely for the purpose of handling your request and establishing business communication. The legal basis is your consent under Art. 6 para. 1 letter a) GDPR, or the legitimate interest of the controller when responding to your message.
Retention period
We retain the data for the period necessary to handle your request, but no longer than 3 years from the last communication. After this period the data is securely deleted.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction of processing, data portability, as well as the right to object and lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic.
